International Real Estate Agency 2: How to organize their different brands

 

Background

The owner of a real estate agency on the Costa del Sol had over the years set up a number of different real estate websites for different language audiences as well as for two different destinations.

 

Assignment

The entrepreneur wanted to have the following question answered. “How can we present the different websites and activities as one group in order to build a cohesive, strong and trustworthy overall brand?” And secondly, “What are implications and solutions for the naming of the business?”

 

Role & Result

I advised the client on the possibilities of brand architecture and developed two choice options, either a Single or Endorsed Brand, with possible naming options for either.
