A UK Leadership Coach: positioning a personal brand
Background
A UK leadership coach had ambitions for the future. She would like to publish her book, do a Ted Talk, do more speaking engagements, set up a movement, and develop a program so other people can be trained in her methods, and then work under her coaching umbrella as a consultant. She wants to be one of the go-to experts worldwide when it comes to developing leaders and purposeful and profitable organizational cultures.
Assignment
I was asked to help with building her personal brand, revising her website, perhaps a logo, and whatever other marketing is deemed advisable.
Role & Result
As a consultant I developed a business, brand, and communication positioning of the coach as a brand. I also offered advice on how to improve online marketing which was not used to its full capacity.
